TaxJar
Getting sales tax right across every jurisdiction is a full-time job nobody wants. Measure's integration with TaxJar handles it automatically — every invoice goes out with the correct tax applied based on your customer's location and what you're selling.
What does it do?
When Measure generates an invoice, TaxJar calculates the applicable tax in real time. The rate reflects current rules for the customer's jurisdiction, your nexus obligations, and the taxability of your products. No rate tables to maintain, no manual lookups, no hoping last quarter's numbers still work.
Product tax mapping lets you assign TaxJar tax categories to each product in Measure, ensuring the right tax treatment per product type. Exempt customers, different product categories, multi-state transactions — TaxJar handles the complexity so your invoices are compliant from day one.
Who is it for?
B2B SaaS companies selling across multiple US states or internationally who need tax compliance without building a tax practice in-house. Especially useful if you're currently guessing at rates, using a spreadsheet, or just not charging tax and hoping nobody notices.
How it works
Connect your TaxJar account in Measure's integrations settings. Map your products to TaxJar tax categories. Enable the integration and Measure will automatically request tax calculations from TaxJar for every invoice. Rates update as tax rules change — no intervention needed.
