What if we're already at $5M ARR?

You still start at Year 1. We'd rather prove value at $500/month and earn the increases than charge you $40K upfront and hope you stick around.

What happens after Year 3?

You stay at $2,000/month. That's the ceiling. No surprise renegotiations.

What if our revenue doesn't grow?

The increases are calendar-based, not revenue-based. If Year 2 is hard and you're in the same place, we'll work with you.

What's not included?

Implementation support is included. The only extras are true enterprise needs—custom integrations beyond our standard connectors, dedicated Slack support, or multi-entity configurations.
