Slack
Important revenue events shouldn't require checking a dashboard. Measure sends real-time notifications to your Slack channels when contracts are signed, payments come in, invoices go overdue, or subscriptions change — so your team stays informed without context switching.
What does it do?
Measure pushes configurable notifications to Slack channels across four domains: Contracts (signature and execution events), Invoices (payment success and failed recovery), Payments (failure alerts), and Subscriptions (creation, updates, cancellations, and usage threshold breaches for usage-based plans).
Conditional rules let you filter notifications so channels aren't flooded with noise. Set rules based on customer name, customer MRR, invoice amount, subscription MRR, and other fields. Only notify the team when it matters — like deals over $50K closing, or payments failing on enterprise accounts.
Who is it for?
Revenue, sales, CS, and finance teams that use Slack and want real-time visibility into billing events without logging into another platform. Especially useful for teams that need to react quickly to payment failures, large contract signatures, or subscription changes.
How it works
Connect Slack in Measure's integrations settings. Create notification rules for the event types you care about — contracts, invoices, payments, or subscriptions. Add conditional filters to control which events trigger notifications. Measure sends formatted messages to your designated Slack channels in real time as events occur.
Yes. Conditional rules let you filter by customer name, MRR, invoice amount, and other fields. Only get notified about events that matter to your team — like enterprise payment failures or large contract signatures.
Four domains: Contracts (signed, executed), Invoices (paid, failed recovery), Payments (failed), and Subscriptions (created, updated, cancelled, usage threshold exceeded).
Yes. You can route different event types and filters to different Slack channels. Send contract signatures to #sales, payment failures to #finance, and subscription changes to #cs.
Notifications are real-time. When an event occurs in Measure, the Slack message sends immediately.
