Frustrated with our Salesforce setup

The whole thing is built wrong from the ground up. We have parent accounts and child accounts, but all the actual work happens at the child level. So anytime I try to report on anything or figure out attribution, it's a total mess. The structure doesn't match how anyone actually sells and it's just so clunky to use. No workflows guiding me through anything, no automation doing the boring stuff for me, everything is manual and slow. And I know the fixes would be small, but they never happen. Because here's the thing, nobody owns it. There's like three different teams who all have a piece of Salesforce, and because of that, nothing moves. I put in a request for something simple and it disappears into a black hole. The dev cycles take forever. Meanwhile leadership comes down and says "hey, your data hygiene sucks" and I'm like... yeah, because you gave me no tools and no process to keep it clean. What do you want me to do? It's supposed to make my job easier and instead it's just one more thing working against me.
