Frontend Developer

Build delightful user experiences and intuitive interfaces for our modern revenue platform.

About Measure

Measure is billing and revenue automation for B2B SaaS companies. We connect contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions in one system. When a contract changes, the invoice updates, the revenue schedule recalculates, and the commission posts automatically. One action. Everything updates.

Most companies stitch together 3-5 disconnected tools for this. Data gets re-entered, things don't match, month-end becomes reconciliation hell. We replace that entire mess with one connected platform.

We're self-funded and growing, with 100+ customers and a founding team from Rippling (employee #1), Dropbox (Engineering Director), and deep B2B SaaS operating experience. We spent three years building before going loud on GTM. Now we're scaling.

Your Role

As a Frontend Developer at Measure, you'll build the interfaces where finance and RevOps teams manage their entire revenue lifecycle. That means translating complex billing workflows, pricing configurations, revenue schedules, and commission structures into something that feels intuitive and fast. You'll work directly with product and design to ship features that make our customers' month-end close shorter and their billing operations cleaner.

Why Measure

This is a small team where you'll work directly with the founders and shape the product. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your work in customers' hands quickly.

The frontend challenges here are real: data-heavy interfaces that need to stay fast, workflows that handle real financial complexity without feeling complex, and a platform rebuild (Measure 2.0) that will redefine how our product looks and feels. If you care about craft and want your work to matter, this is the kind of role where both happen.

Aswin (CEO) was the first employee at Rippling and a former YC founder. Ruchi (CTO) was a Senior Director of Engineering at Dropbox. They've scaled companies from zero to hundreds of millions in revenue and they'll invest in your growth the same way they invest in the product: deliberately and seriously.

What You'll Do

  • Build responsive, accessible frontend systems using modern web technologies and frameworks
  • Collaborate with product and design to create clear, fast interfaces for complex billing and revenue workflows
  • Develop interactive components that handle financial data with strong performance
  • Integrate with backend APIs to create connected user experiences across CPQ, billing, rev rec, and commissions
  • Maintain consistent UI/UX patterns and uphold design quality across the platform
  • Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Write clean, maintainable code with solid tests and documentation
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and participate in code reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience building frontend systems and user interfaces
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Strong experience with CSS, HTML, and responsive design
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling complex data flows
  • Good design instincts and understanding of UX best practices
  • Experience with frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and development workflows
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility
  • You work well with product and design teams and communicate clearly

Pay and Benefits

This is a fully remote, full-time position anywhere in Canada. Salary range is $105,000 - $150,000 CAD depending on background and experience, plus meaningful equity in an early-stage company we believe has a long runway ahead.

You get 3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off, plus 10 days for national holidays. Beyond that, take the time you need. Morning off for a vet appointment, afternoon to help someone get to the airport, a day when you're not feeling well. We don't track hours. What matters is that we're building something great together and making real progress. That's it.
